He claims that Ruchi Gujjar, who allegedly had a personal relationship with acquaintance Karan Singh, sent a legal notice to stop the film's release. Despite this, the court allowed the film to proceed. On the premiere night, Ruchi and around 20-25 people forcibly entered the venue, vandalized property, and abused people. Man Singh believes this was an attempt at cheap publicity and has filed a police complaint and a ₹10 crore defamation suit against Ruchi Gujjar.
